Meet Our Board

Ramsay is a founder of the Northwest Arkansas office of Colliers International, the state’s largest commercial real estate company. He is active in early stage investment in young companies, and is on the Board of Directors of VIC Technology Venture Development, Biologics MD, BlueInGreen, CardioWise, Sevo Nutraceuticals and I’Mindful Studios.

Ramsay serves on the governing boards of the Northwest Arkansas Community College Foundation, the House of Songs Alliance and the Bentonville Parks Conservancy. He supports and advises the entrepreneurial program at the University of Arkansas Walton College of Business and has received an Honorary Associate Degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership from the Northwest Arkansas Community College. 

Pine Bluff attorney Kandice A. Bell is the senior counselor and district representative in the office of Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson.  Her target area of focus is Southeast Arkansas. A 1990 White Hall High School graduate, Kandice is a 1994 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and received a Juris Doctor degree in 1997 from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville School of Law.  In 2016, prior to serving in Governor Hutchinson’s administration, the Governor appointed her to the Arkansas Supreme Court as a special justice in a case. Kandice leads the Pine Bluff Salvation Army Auxiliary, sits on the Board of Governors to the Arkansas Bar Association, and contributes her talents to many statewide professional and nonprofit organizations.

Alyson is a small business owner and agent for State Farm Insurance Company in White Hall. Alyson earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Statistics from Kansas State University as well as her Minister’s Credentials. In 1994 she moved to North Little Rock for State Farm.  Her entire career path changed in 1997 when she became the first State Farm agent to open an emerging market agency in State Farm’s Mid-South region. The objective of the emerging market was to disprove previous held claims of industry “red-lining”. Alyson opened her insurance business in the heart of the lower to moderate income area of North Little Rock where she focused on growing the African American and Hispanic markets.  Alyson lives in White Hall with her husband Patrick and three children, Adrian, Kobi and Alyssa (a Pine Bluff Community Foundation Youth Advisory Council member). 

Tracy Cude has served as Chief Financial Officer of Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art since 2006. As CFO, she is responsible for the business services division of the museum including accounting, investments, purchasing, museum store, restaurant, special events, catering and information technology.  As a founding member of the leadership team, Tracy was actively involved in the development of the museum.  Prior to joining Crystal Bridges, she led the accounting and operational support team at the Walton Family Foundation and served as vice president for finance and planning at the Walton Arts Center where she led strategic planning functions.  In addition to her nonprofit career experience, Tracy spent nine years as a private consultant and served on a merger and acquisition team for Raytheon Corporate Jets. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas and holds a Certified Public Accountant license.  She was named Nonprofit CFO of the Year by the Arkansas Business Journal and Accountant of the Year by the University of Arkansas in 2015.

Jackson serves as general counsel to Stephens Group, Inc., and was previously a senior member of The Rose Law Firm. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as an active member of Second Presbyterian Church, a member of the board of ACCESS Group Inc. and former member of the board of the Country Club of Little Rock.

Don is chief operating officer of Nabholz Construction Corporation in Conway. He is a former national president of the American Society of Professional Estimators, a graduate of the Young Presidents Organization and an active member of the World Presidents Organization. He has previously served on several nonprofit boards including Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arkansas, Conway Interfaith Clinic and the Conway Symphony Orchestra. Most recently, Don has served as chair for the Community Foundation’s Faulkner County affiliate board and as a member of the Quapaw Area Council (Boy Scouts of America).

Dennis is an investment banker with Stephens Inc., currently serving as executive vice president and head of the public finance division. He is a past chairman of the board of the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce,  and previously served on the boards of the Community Foundation’s Fayetteville Area affiliate, the Northwest Arkansas American Heart Association,  the Fayetteville Public Education Foundation and Junior Achievement of Arkansas Inc. Northwest District.

Eric is Managing Director of United Capital Financial Advisers in Arkansas. United Capital is one of the largest independent Registered Investment Advisory firms in the United States. He has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of financial planning, investments, estate planning and tax planning. He is the author of the book “The Financial Briefing: Answers to Life’s Most Important Money Questions” and is frequently quoted in national and local media, including being a regular contributor to KTHV television in Little Rock.  He is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards and the Investment Management Consultants Association. He has served on the board of directors of the St. Vincent Hospital Foundation and the University of Central Arkansas Friends of Music and was chair of the board of the Community Foundation’s affiliate in Faulkner County.  Eric currently serves on the board of the Church Investment Group which provides investment management services to Episcopal Church organizations across the United States. 

Heather Loftis spent 10 years working in healthcare philanthropy before joining her family’s business at KTLO 97.9 FM in Mountain Home. Prior to her career in broadcasting, Heather was director of the Children’s Miracle Network at Arkansas Children’s Hospital Foundation in Little Rock where she also helped open the first ACHF satellite office in Northwest Arkansas before returning to her Mountain Home roots where she became director of annual giving at Baxter Regional Hospital Foundation.

Heather is an alumnus of the University of Central Arkansas where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. A dedicated community advocate, Heather currently also serves as a board member for the Arkansas State University Development Council, Baxter Regional Hospital Foundation, Mountain Home Career Academies Advisory Council, Mountain Home Athletic Hall of Honor and Twin Lakes Community Foundation.

She and her husband Chris are the proud parents of two children, daughter Mia (17) and son Zane (4.)

Creshelle Nash, M.D. is a graduate of the University of Maryland at Baltimore School of Medicine where she earned her medical degree in 1994 prior to completing her residency in primary care internal medicine at George Washington University Hospital in Washington D.C. She also received a Master’s in Public Health from Harvard University where she was also a Commonwealth Foundation Harvard University Fellow in Minority Health Policy. Creshelle currently serves as medical director of MediPak Advantage at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield and also teaches courses for the Fay W. Boozman College of Public Health at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. Her research interests include minority health and health equity.

Steve retired as president of Bancorp South in Magnolia in 2014. He is chair of the Magnolia Regional Medical Center Board of Commissioners, the Magnolia Arts Council and immediate past chairman of The University of Arkansas Alumni Association. He also serves as Lay Leader of First United Methodist Church in Magnolia.

Paige joined Parkhill as Diplomate, American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology in 2000 after completing a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.  A cum laude graduate of Hendrix College with a degree in biology, Paige received her Doctorate of Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.  In addition to obstetrics, she is trained in minimally invasive surgical techniques, laparoscopic hysterectomy, robotic surgery, urogynecology including treatment for pelvic organ prolapse and incontinence.  Since completing residency at UAMS, Paige and her husband have lived in Northwest Arkansas and been deeply involved in their community. 

Andy is Senior Vice President-Investments for Benjamin F. Edwards & Co. in Jonesboro. He attends St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Jonesboro, serving several terms on its Vestry and as Stewardship chair. He also has served on the Episcopal Diocese of Arkansas’s Executive Committee, Board of Trustees, and its committee to nominate candidates for the Bishop of Arkansas. He has served several terms on the Community Foundation’s Craighead County affiliate board, including as its chairman, and continues to serve on several of its committees. In addition, he has previously served several terms on the boards of directors of both the NEA Baptist Hospital and the United Way of Northeast Arkansas.

Philip is the managing partner of Tappan Land & Water, a company owning majority interest in Purple Cow Restaurants and Natural Resource properties in several Central Arkansas counties. He is also a current member of the boards of St. Vincent Infirmary Foundation, Arkansas Symphony Orchestra Foundation and Arkansas Foodbank Network.

Bob is a retired attorney with Branch, Thompson, Philhours & Warmath, P.A. and was city attorney for Paragould from 1972 to 1993. He served as a deputy prosecuting attorney for the Second Judicial District from 1972 to 1980. An active member of First United Methodist Church of Paragould, he also is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, member and past president of the Greene-Clay County Bar Association, and member and past president of the Green County Unit board of directors of the American Cancer Society and the Northeast Arkansas Regional Recovery Center board of directors.

Robert is Senior Vice President-Investments and Branch Manager of Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC office in Hot Springs. He currently serves on the board of the Hot Springs Area Community Foundation affiliate, Hot Springs Sister City Foundation, Hot Springs Documentary Film Institute and the Rosenzweig Fund for Interfaith Activities.
