Our Giving Tree Grant cycle runs mid-January to mid-February. From the Giving Tree Fund, we make grants to several local nonprofits to help them do good in our community.
Columbia County Community Foundation
Columbia County Community Foundation began in 2001. Over the years we have granted $1,146,149 in our community from Family and CCCF endowments. This year will mark our fifth Hunger Run on Thanksgiving Day. We collect canned goods and divide them between Body & Soul Food Pantry and the Stew Pot. All money collected goes into our Hunger Endowment from which we give a grant to a food pantry each year to help fight the hunger in our community.
